Gas Metal Melting Furnace is used to melt copper, brass, gold, silver, aluminum, zinc, tin and other metals with melting points below 1450 ° C2642? Suitable for most liquefied gas, LPG, propane, etc. Many other people's single burner furnace has a problem, the flame can only heat one side of crucible strongly, especially if you use a big size crucible, the flame can only reach to 1/3 or 1/2 wall of the crucible, the opposite side has no flame. So we often saw that some part of metal in crucible has been melted, but some other part is not yet.

It means you need longer time and more gas to melt whole pot of metal, my dual burners have solved this problem by heating 2 sides of crucible at the same time, it can save 50% time and 20% gas cost. As we know, 40%--70% gas energy is actually escaping in heating process, that is a big waste. So if you melt fast, you save more propane cost. Furnace body is made of stainless steel(1mm thick), no need painting, highly resistant to corrosion, superior strength and durability; Can bear the weight of one adult. Two carbon graphite mixing stirring rods :one 8X300mm long and the other 15X300mm long;Carbon rods are used to stir precious metals, scrap while melting. Graphite rod is also used to remove any impurities on the surface of the molten metal.

Furnace body and lid are fully lined with 2 inch of ceramic fiber insulation. Furnace floor lined with 3 inch of ceramic insulation and firebrick. You only need a propane gas bottle/tank (like 20,30 or 50 LB). Dual burner can save 50% time and 20% gas cost.

You also can use only one burner by shut off the valve, and block one hole on furnace body with ceramic wool. Do not use it to melt iron, that will shorten the life of the furnace.

Graphite crucible is consumable, you can change a new one according to your requirement. Use safety goggles, mask as well as gloves while casting metals. The ceramic insulation blanket is not asbestos. Asbestos has been forbidden many years ago. PO Box is not accepted.
