With out the LID you can put it in your OVER for up to 600 degrees, 450, with LID. You can Roast a chick, Roast a Roast, make a Lasagna. It's EXCELLENT FOR EVERYTHING you want to cook and the NON-STICK is fantastic, as the food your cooking never sticks. You can fry an EGG with no Margarine or Butter.

It is one of the best EVERY DAY / CASSEROLE PANS I have ever use. Thats my Pan, this one is Brand new. This Pan does not come in any SETS. IT comes with the Pan with 2 Steel handles and it is Black on the outside, so it shows no dirt and the interior is a NON-STICK Ceramic, Medium Gray in Color, its a good looking Pan.

Also a Booklet comes with it that tells you the best way to use the Pan, a fantastic Tempered Glass lid, with a Steel Handle. It's a great pan, you will love it and use it just about every time you cook.
